“图兰朵计划”让中国的艺术类学生能够顺利入读意大利大学，就像是艺术类学生的“马可波罗计划”（针对普通文理科学生的官方计划）。通过该计划申请的学生可免除意大利语要求，是马可波罗计划的姊妹篇，同样是具备中意政府合作背景的官方留学合作项目。不同的是，图兰朵计划只招收艺术类学生，包括音乐和美术类中国学生，是针对艺术类学生赴意大利留学的专门留学项目。这个项目可以说是留学界的一股清流。
The "Turandot Plan" enables Chinese art students to enter Italian universities smoothly, just like the "Marco Polo Plan" for art students (the official plan for ordinary liberal arts and science students). Students who apply through the program can be exempted from Italian requirements. It is a companion part of the Marco Polo program and also an official cooperative program for studying abroad with the cooperation background of the Sino-Italian government. The difference is that Turandot plans to recruit only art students, including Chinese students in music and art. It is a special program for art students to study in Italy. This project can be said to be a clean slate in the field of studying abroad.

意大利艺术留学申请条件
1.图兰朵计划申请条件与手续流程申请要求（针对中国学生）要有一定的美术、音乐和相关艺术专业的专业功底，均需提供相关作品或作品集。
2.本科申请需要高中毕业或以上学历，高中阶段学习成绩优秀；研究生需要国内本科成绩，学位证以及毕业证。
3.高考成绩不低于300分、[高考成绩+（艺术分÷艺术成绩总分）x750]÷2≥400
4.提供会考成绩（如果该省份没有组织会考可以不提供）；
5.入学前需要具有一定的意大利水平，个别双语授课的院校，需要具有一定的英语和意大利语水平。
